The villa features a stunning rooftop pool and stylish decor, making for an enjoyable environment. The American-inspired breakfast, with fresh fruits and cooked-to-order options, is a highlight worth savoring. While the spacious kitchen and dining areas are inviting, the layout can feel cramped during peak breakfast hours. The location, while walking distance to the beach, may lack immediate access to public transportation. Overall, the unique charm and ambiance stand out, although some aspects could benefit from better organization during busy times.

The heated rooftop pool provides a stunning view, perfect for relaxation. The decor is stylish, adding to an overall enjoyable environment.
Privacy issues arose with the sliding glass entry door that leads to a shared courtyard, making it uncomfortable at times. Breakfast left much to be desired. microwaved food, hard beans, and gluten-free pancakes that missed the mark were disappointing. The common outdoor space didn't offer the privacy expected, and noise from the hallway was intrusive during the stay.
